2. Cancellation After Order Dispatch

3. Refused Deliveries & Failed Delivery Attempts

If payment has already been successfully processed for an order cancelled by The Wonder Whale, the applicable refund amount will be initiated through the original payment method used during purchase.
6. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders
For approved cancellation requests, The Wonder Whale will initiate the applicable refund within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
The actual time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on banks, payment providers, financial institutions, and payment methods used during purchase.
Shipping charges, convenience fees, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, handling fees, and other service-related charges may remain non-refundable where applicable.
