2. Cancellation After Order Dispatch

Orders that have already been packed, processed, shipped, or dispatched from our fulfillment facility are generally not eligible for cancellation.

If an order has already entered the shipping stage, cancellation requests may not be accepted and customers may instead need to follow the terms outlined under our Refund Policy where applicable.

3. Refused Deliveries & Failed Delivery Attempts

Refusal to accept delivery after an order has been shipped shall not be considered a valid cancellation request.

Orders returned due to refusal at delivery, customer unavailability, failed delivery attempts, incomplete shipping details, or incorrect addresses may be subject to applicable shipping charges, reverse logistics charges, handling charges, and additional service fees where applicable.

The Wonder Whale shall not be responsible for delays, unsuccessful deliveries, cancellation issues, or additional costs arising due to incorrect or incomplete information submitted by customers.

5. Cancellation by The Wonder Whale

The Wonder Whale reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under circumstances including, but not limited to, product unavailability, pricing inaccuracies, technical issues, payment failures, suspected fraudulent activity, operational limitations, or incomplete customer information.

If payment has already been successfully processed for an order cancelled by The Wonder Whale, the applicable refund amount will be initiated through the original payment method used during purchase.

6. Refund Processing for Cancelled Orders

For approved cancellation requests, The Wonder Whale will initiate the applicable refund within 5–7 business days from the date of cancellation approval.

The actual time required for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on banks, payment providers, financial institutions, and payment methods used during purchase.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, handling fees, and other service-related charges may remain non-refundable where applicable.
